Must give at least 48 hours notice. You will be charged 50% of your total service fee if notice is given within 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment start time.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment START time, 100% of the scheduled service fee total will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 15-minute grace period is given.
After the 15 minute mark, parts of the service (wash + styling) may be omitted without price reduction in order to keep within the allotted time frame.
If the 20 minute mark has been reached, the appointment will be cancelled resulting in a fee of 100% of the original service price.
Please allot additional time for parking.
LATE POLICY
If a guest fails to arrive to their scheduled appointment 100% of the total booked service price will be charged to the card on file.
